Pinch of Salt is one today!
I can't believe it's been 365 days since I wrote this, then nervously clicked the 'publish now' button - hoping someone other than my mum would read it.
It's been an amazing year for me and my little London food blog. A year filled with culinary adventures great and small - tea with Marguerite Patten, juding the British Pie Awards, Pinch of Salt mentioned in Grazia, Victorian gin carriages, bee swarms, ash clouds, supper clubs, naval rum rations...and lots of Friday Finds.
Thank you so much to everyone who's taken time to read the blog, leave comments or send me an email. I can be a bit rubbish at replying to all the comments, but I appreciate every one. Pinch of Salt will be back in the New Year with a facelift (the subtle kind, not the Bride of Wildenstein kind) and more recipes, cafe and restaurant recommendations, London food events, unusual kitchenware and giveaways. Until then...
